Does it look familiar to you? Nope, it’s not in Batanes.
The place is called Binurong Point which is located in Brgy. Guinsaanan, Baras, Catanduanes.
It’s definitely one of those beautiful things that God has made!
From the city, it took us an hour of land travel going to the jump-off point of the hill.
To get to the top, we spent at least 15-20 minutes of trekking, treading the trail in the woods.
It was an easy “climb”; my chucks did not give up on me.
I was not prepared for this side trip that’s why I’m wearing a wrong pair of shoes. Lol!
We went to Catanduanes for a site visit in PNP (yup, it’s work-related). Our client was so hospitable and accommodating, so he toured us in one of Catanduanes’ rising tourist spots.
It was last year when I planned to visit Binurong Point, but it did not happen.
Well, it just happened last week — in the most unexpected time and set up. God is good.
